Richmond County Virginia

Northern Neck’s Richmond County VA

Richmond County Virginia, an hour from the city of Richmond, is synonymous with country living--with its farms, forests and rivers.

Its largest town is the town of Warsaw, which is home to Rappahannock Community College, WarsawFest, and the Richmond County Fair.

Richmond County has a very rural character, with many farms, wooded areas some salt marshes and, of course, the Rappahannock River. Most people in the area make their living by farming or forestry.

If you need to do a little shopping while you’re here, you’ll find a number of stores and restaurants in Warsaw.
